					<description>I am awaiting further expansion, especially to the south.  I have become somewhat negative towards Mexico because of the drug
problems and the lack of government structure addressing the problems.  Uruguay seems to be more attractive for investing by 
people in the upper age levels.  Panama seems to be too far advanced into the movement; likewise Costa Rica.  

I do appreciate your input, however, I just thought my observations might have some merit</description>
